John Damiani, Vice-President, Engineering
With more than 15 years in industrial water treatment, John brings a rare combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a client-first mindset. His career path has taken him through every corner of the industry, from technician to project manager, consultant, auditor, business development manager, and, most recently, General Manager of WMC Toronto, giving him a true 360° perspective on both the challenges and opportunities that clients face.
In his role as Vice President of Engineering, John leads the launch and growth of WMC Water’s dedicated Engineering Division. Drawing on his experience with industrial and institutional facilities, contractors, equipment manufacturers, consulting engineers, and government agencies, he guides projects that help clients lower utility costs, extend equipment lifecycles, prevent downtime, and achieve ambitious sustainability goals.
A respected thought leader, John is also passionate about advancing best practices in water treatment and educating stakeholders on its vital role in protecting both infrastructure and the environment. His leadership ensures WMC Water continues to set the standard for innovation, safety, and sustainability in engineering.
